Our Story
sweet roots, big dreams
City Sweets was born from a life lived in full flavor.
Our founder, Anyeliz Perez, grew up between two worlds — the Carolina warmth she was raised in and the vibrant, sun-drenched streets of Puerto Rico where she spent every summer. It was there, watching street vendors pour their hearts into their craft, that she first felt the pull of building something of her own.
A proud veteran and devoted mom, Anyeliz brings discipline, creativity, and a whole lot of love to everything she does. What started as a passion for people, parties, and anything with sugar has grown into Charlotte's most charming dessert experience on wheels.
Every cookie sandwich is baked with intention. Every sorbet is a little escape. Every event we're part of becomes a memory.
